Līhuʻe, Kauaʻi–Senate President Ronald D. Kouchi (District 8 – Kauaʻi and Niʻihau) and Representative James Kunane Tokioka (House District 15 – Wailua Homesteads, Hanamaulu, Lihue, Puhi, Old Koloa Town, Omao) announced that additional capital improvement project monies have been released by the Governor to finance additional updates for the $1,500,000 master plan and noise compatibility program update at the Līhuʻe Airport.
